Wing Chan

Wing Chan is a director of the firm, with major responsibility in the area of assurance services.

Wing has over 20 years of experience in the assurance and advisory business field gained from an international accounting firm, during which he has been involved in serving a portfolio of locally listed clients operating both in Hong Kong and in the PRC and also in a variety of industries including real estate, hotel, financial services, investment trust and REIT, manufacturing and retail business.

Wing has been actively involved in offering business advisory services to clients in the PRC since late 90's. Prior to joining the firm, Wing worked in Shenzhen handling a number of initial public offerings for clients to list both on the Main board and on the GEM board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Wing also has wide experience with multinational corporation gained from serving US listed clients with operations both in Hong Kong and in the PRC. He has in-depth knowledge and experience with SEC financial reporting requirements.
