Tony Chan

Tony Chan is a director of the firm with major responsibility in assurance services.

Tony has over 25 years of experience in assurance and advisory services in Hong Kong, China and Canada, including companies listed on the Hong Kong, the US, and Singapore stock exchanges. 

Tony has led client engagements in assurance, due diligence reviews, internal audits and internal control reviews. In addition to assurance engagements for public and private organisations, his experience includes pre-listing internal control reviews on listing candidates, review of corporate governance practices for listed companies and due diligence reviews of multinational groups.

Tony is well experienced in handling global clients, leading and coordinating large scale multinational assurance and advisory engagements. He has served clients in trading and retail, information technology & telecommunications, hospitality, property management, manufacturing & distribution, and financial services industries.

• Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants
• Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising)
