Simone Lee is a director of the firm. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the accounting industry, mainly focusing on providing audit and transaction support services to listed companies, including financial due diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions and acting as an reporting accountant. In addition, she has led several IPO projects to assist corporates in raising funds for listing in Hong Kong.

The portfolio of Simone’s clients, both listed and private, and some with state-owned enterprise background, cover a wide range of industries and sectors, including construction, real estate development, energy, mining, manufacturing and trading, and financial services.
