Peter Chow

Peter Chow is a director of the firm.  He has been serving in the audit profession for more than 20 years. 

Peter has been significantly involved in PRC audit assignments since 1993. He has been seconded to a BDO joint venture CPA firm in Shenzhen, PRC, for more than two years.

Peter has substantial working experiences in providing accounting, auditing and advisory services to a wide range of public and private corporate clients, as well as owner-managed companies in various industries. Peter is mainly responsible for the audits of PRC based-entities for the purposes of securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory filings and other compliance filings as required by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States of America.
