Jonathan Leong

Jonathan Leong is a director of the firm.

Jonathan has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of Hong Kong based companies, from small local entrepreneurial organisations to large international trading and manufacturing companies, as well as investment/hedge funds, SFC licensed corporations and companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He also provides support to companies from business planning and implementation to the raising of finance, and assists clients with corporate advisory matters such as public company flotation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews and corporate restructuring.

Jonathan practised in South Africa before practising in Hong Kong.
