Franki has extensive experience in handling listed company audit assignments over a wide variety of industries including retailing, luxury products, manufacturing, property development and natural resources. He also specialises in transaction support assign­ments, such as initial public offerings, capital market transactions and financial due diligence in acquisitions of companies.
