Amy Yau

Amy Yau is a director of the firm, with major responsibilities in assurance services.

She has more than 20 years of experience in providing audit services to clients in various industries, including property, telecommunications, TV and media and technology sector. 

Amy has extensive experience in providing audit and advisory services to domestic and multinational corporations in accordance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act. She also has experience in assisting PRC enterprises, including state owned enterprises and privately held companies in China, to be listed to the stock exchange in the US and Hong Kong. Amy also has Japan SOX audit project management experience.
