ANDREW CHENG, Chief Operations Officer, Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited

Mr. CHENG Chun Chung Andrew joined the Group in 2002 and was appointed as a Director of the Company on 15 November 2011. He was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) of the Company on 1 January 2017 and re-designated as the Chief Operations Officer (“COO”) of the Company on 1 December 2024. He is also a director of all the Company’s subsidiaries. Mr. CHENG holds a Master of Commerce degree in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honours in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney. Mr. CHENG has 32 years’ experience in IT-related business, covering internet security, domestic and international supply chain, logistics and finance. He was a specialist in the consultancy on the setting up of a Public Key Infrastructure (“PKI”) by the Government and is currently a member of the Expert Review Panel of Hong Kong Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (formerly known as “R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies”). He has been appointed as a member of the Enterprise Support Scheme Assessment Panel under the Innovation and Technology Fund, administered by the Government’s Innovation and Technology Commission, with take effect from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.

IVAN SO, Senior Manager of Risk Advisory, BDO
Ivan So is the Senior Manager in Risk Advisory. He has over 10 years’ experience in managing various assurance and advisory engagements, such as audit, risk assessment, corporate governance reviews and regulatory compliance review for financial services and other clients. 

His clientele covers different sectors including banking, securities dealing and advisory, asset management, online payment gateway and stored value facility among others in Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore and other Asian countries. 

Ivan has an in-depth understanding of internal control best practice and acts as engagement field in charge for his financial services, listed and other non-listed clients.

In particular, he has been in charge in reviewing internal control processes of banks, money service operators, stored values facilities operators, payment solution company and securities firms. He is also responsible for providing training to senior management of the financial services clients on internal controls and compliance practices. Further, he was also in-charge of internal audit and independent assessment engagements over the processes of loans, credit risk management, AML/CFT, treasury operation and statutory return of our financial services clients.

Ivan is the Committee Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA).

NICKY KWOK, Manager of Risk Advisory, BDO
Nicky Kwok is the Manager in Risk Advisory. She has over six years of experience in both the financial and banking sectors especially in internal control, risk assessment, and compliance reviews. She has been involved in developing and improving policies and procedures for financial service client and has monitored the engagement process, including planning, staffing, project execution, and dealing with clients. 

Leveraging her experience in AML/CFT and regulatory compliance, Nicky is responsible for advising our clients on related matters, including but not limited to reviewing and formulating recommendations for client onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring processes for compliance with regulatory requirements.
