Our series of Training Programme are tailored to the development needs of our staff at different stages of their career path. The training programme includes technical training, business skill training, professional examination support and other topical workshops.

Our International Secondment Programme offers you opportunities to work in our BDO Member Firms in other countries. This is an invaluable learning experience for you to expand your career horizons and develop your skills in an international environment while widening your exposure to multinational clients.

You will develop new skills and gain a broader exposure to different professions through our Internal Secondment Programme. You may also take this opportunity to get a taste of other professions in considering and determining your ultimate career goal in BDO. While widening your professional experience in another business line, you can share your own knowledge and skills among colleagues in other departments, thus facilitating cross-functional learning and fostering cross-departmental teamwork.
Our Mentoring Programme provides you with another spectrum of learning opportunity. The programme fosters supportive relationships and open communication between staff at different levels.  It ensures that you will be supported and inspired by a mentor along your career advancement journey in BDO. Your mentor, who is a much more experienced colleague, will give you advice and guidance to unleash your highest potentials to achieve your career goals.
Under our supportive culture, our colleagues are happy to provide peer support to the new graduate staff.  Upon joining BDO, you will be assigned a buddy who will facilitate your adaptation to the new working environment and our BDO culture by enhancing your confidence to cope with new work challenges.
On-the-job training constitutes the cornerstone of your training and development at BDO. Notwithstanding our sizable workforce, we set our professional teams with a flexible structure so that each team member can gain exposure to a wide range of client industries within a short period of time instead of being confined to just one or two industry types for a number of years. You will be able to learn and acquire diverse perspectives through participating in engagements of various client industries.
