NFT stands for non-fungible token, which is just a unique unit of data employing technology that allows digital content like videos, images and songs to become logged and authenticated on crytocurrency blockchains.

However NFTs, these digital data, seem changing the world. TIME has said "NFTs are sharking up the art world". Someone says 2021 has been the year of the NFT; even NFT is the internet of the future.

In Hong Kong, a famous song writer Hanjin Chan sold the NFTs of his song “Nobody Gets Me” and earned US$12,000 within five days last year. In January 2022, the NFTs of famous Hong Kong cartoon character McDull are auctioned by Sotheby's. More and more art pieces are sold in form of NFTs.

So, are NFTs valuable assets? What is NFTs market going on? If we purchase NFTs, how do we protect our NFTs?

In this webinar, BDO invites NFT pioneer Anthony Leung to share his thought on the latest trend of NFTs. Also, BDO’s Principal of Risk Advisory Pokit Lok will provide some tips on how to protect your NFTs, especially from corporate perspective.
