Tony Wan

Tony Wan is a director of the firm, with major responsibility in assurance services.

Tony has extensive experience in serving listed clients and state owned enterprises clients in various industries, including property, telecommunications, multinational corporations and non-governmental organisation sector. Prior to joining the Firm, Tony has worked in the assurance department of a large international professional firm for many years. His expertise covers audit and other assurance services related to initial public offerings and other public filings.

Tony has led the financial statement and SOX audits of various listed issuers in NASDAQ, and has in-depth knowledge and experience in SEC financial reporting requirements.
