Merger at BDO McCabe Lo

[Hong Kong, 28 June 2005] BDO McCabe Lo gives notice of a positive development in the firm, which is due to take place on 1 August 2005. The firm will be merging with the business of KLL Associates CPA Ltd. and K.L.Lee & Partners CPA Ltd. ("KLL").

KLL has 50 partners and staff joining BDO McCabe Lo. Daniel Lee, Eric Tam and Amy Law will be joining the firm as partners and Arthur Pang as a principal. Daniel Lee will also sit on the executive committee of the firm. Upon merging, the firm will have 19 partners and more than 250 staff. As a leading accounting firm in Hong Kong, this merger will strengthen the firm's position, and clients will benefit from the enhanced service capabilities, the increase in resources and expertise.
