Our senior manager of Specialist Advisory Services, Rio Lam, spoke at a seminar co-organized by BDO McCabe Lo Limited and the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies (CHKLC) on the topic of "Forensic Accounting: vaccinate your company against fraud" held on May 23.
Rio discussed the topics of anti-fraud and tactics in conducting internal investigations for listed companies. He shared his real life experiences with participants and also described the latest forensic accounting techniques.
The participants included financial controllers, directors of listed companies, lawyers and other professionals.
