We are pleased to announce that our Managing Director, Albert Au was elected as the new president for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants at the 35th annual general meeting on 14 December, 2007.

Albert has been a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs since December 2003 and was elected as vice president of the Institute in 2007. Since joining the Council, he has served as the chairman of many committees and working groups including the Faculty Steering Group, the Practice Review Committee and the Small & Medium Practitioners Committee. He devoted substantial time in devising strategy for the profession and demonstrating the Institute's professional thought leadership.
