Our director Johnson Kong chaired the organising committee of Cross-straits, Hong Kong and Macau Accounting Profession Conference 2007 (2007年海峽兩岸及港澳地區會計師行業交流研討會), held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 22 September 2007.

The theme of the Event was "Risk Assessment and Management of CPA Practices (會計師事務所的風險評估及管理)". It is an important annual event for accounting professionals in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau to update and share knowledge and to build networks with their counterparts in different jurisdictions.

The Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, the Hon. Tsang Chun Wah, John, JP was the Guest of Honour and officiated the opening of the conference.

Over four hundred members from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants(中國注冊會計師協會), Taipei City CPA Association
(台北市會計師公會) and the Union of Associations of Professional Accountants of Macau
(澳門會計專業聯會) participated.
