Our Director Daniel Lee was invited as guest speaker in a seminar on “Listing of Local Enterprises Affiliated with the Universities & Science Park” held on May 3, 2007 at Exchange Exhibition Hall, Central.

The seminar was organized by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“the HKEx”) in collaboration with the City University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Baptist University, the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Hong Kong to provide an opportunity for their associated companies to understand about getting listed in Hong Kong.

Through presentations and case studies, the seminar introduced the Hong Kong securities market and the listing requirements and procedures in Hong Kong.  Mr. Lee explained the requirements and procedures from the accounting perspective.
