Our director Mr. Johnson Kong, who is also a Director of INSOL International (International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals), a leading worldwide association of some 8,000 insolvency and restructuring professionals, spoke at the INSOL Annual Regional Conference held in May 2006 in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. The focus of his talk was on PRC Insolvency Law.
