TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Our Professional Training & Development Programme
We are committed to ensuring our staff receive the necessary training for their professional and career development. Our training programmes focus on providing the necessary professional competence and skill to enable our staff to deploy best practices in carrying out their work.
Our Technical & Training Department is responsible for the overall co-ordination and running of our training programmes, which are held throughout the year.
Our training programmes include a series of "Core Courses" and "Non-Core Courses". "Core Courses" are designed based on development needs of each level of our staff. Attendance at "Non-Core Courses" and overseas training courses is determined on a "needs" basis with reference to the level of experience and the job requirements of the individual.
An Overview of our Training Programme

In addition to classroom learning, on-the-job training coached and mentored by directors and senior staff members will provide our professional staff with additional and invaluable sources for enhancing technical skills and acquiring practical knowledge.
When you become a manager, in addition to local training, learning and professional development at this level will also be achieved through international seminars and conferences, as well as international secondments within the BDO global network.
Learning effect is amplified by our investment in technology. In addition to conventional technical library, learning resources at BDO are readily and conveniently available through our firm's local Intranet and the BDO e-Connect (BDO Network's International Intranet).
