Manager
You will work closely with directors and manage a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and review of assurance engagements, as well as participate in the training, evaluation and counseling of subordinates.

You should be a qualified accountant, with at least 6 years of audit experience gained with major international accounting firms. You should also have excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, as well as outstanding leadership quality.

Senior Associate
You will be the auditor in charge of assurance engagements and be responsible for the planning and execution of audit fieldwork and for ensuring the work completed by subordinates are in accordance with the audit plan and our firm's procedures.

You should have at least 3 years of audit experience gained with major international accounting firms. Qualified accountants are preferred, but not a prerequisite.

Associate
You will be mentored by the experienced team members and will participate in audit fieldwork for clients in a variety of businesses.

You should be a university graduate, preferably majoring in accounting. Experience is not necessary.

Manager
You will work closely with director and provide various risk advisory services to clients, including risk management, internal audit, IT audit and Sarbanes-Oxley advisory services.

You should be a university graduate, preferably majoring in accounting, information sciences or equivalent. You should also have the qualification or be attempting to obtain the qualification of CPA, CIA, CISA and/or CISSP. You should have at least 6 years of experience in risk management consulting, internal audit, IT audit, and/or SOX advisory services.Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required.

You should be a university graduate, preferably majoring in accounting, information sciences or equivalent, and have the qualification or be attempting to obtain the qualification of CPA, CIA, CISA and/or CISSP. For the post of Senior Associate, you should have at least 3 years of experience in risk management consulting, internal audit, IT audit, and/or SOX advisory services. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Associate. A good command of both English and Chinese is essential.

You will work closely with director and play a significant role in the Specialist Advisory Services Department and take charge of a broad range of specialist advisory assignments, with main focus on financial due diligence and fraud investigation.

You should be a qualified accountant with at least 6 years experience in audit and/or corporate advisory. Solid experience in financial due diligence and investigation assignments is preferable. Outstanding analytical skill, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.

You will provide a wide range of specialist advisory services to clients, including financial due diligence and investigations, forensic accounting, corporate restructuring and turnaround, liquidation and personal bankruptcy, and all kinds of receivership.

You should have at least 3 years of audit and/or corporate advisory experience. Experience in financial due diligence, investigation and/or insolvency assignments is an advantage. Qualified accountants are preferred.

You will have extensive exposure to Hong Kong/China tax compliances and consultancy work for corporate and individual clients in a variety of industries.

For the post of Tax Manager, you should have at least 4 years of tax experience gained with major international accounting firms. For the post of Senior Tax Consultant, you should have at least 2 - 3 years of tax experience gained with major international accounting firms. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Tax Consultant. New university graduates will also be considered.

Candidates should possess analytical mind, outstanding planning and organization abilities, and effective communication skills. A good command of both spoken and written English is required. For the positions in PRC taxation, a good command of written Chinese is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added value. Candidates from disciplines other than accountancy will also be considered.

Associate - Audit
As an Associate in our Assurance Department, you will begin to utilize your knowledge gain from your previous education, together with your organizational and analytical skills to serve our clients. You will closely coached by more experienced team members to perform audit and review engagements. You will have opportunities to gain an understanding of various stages of audit and work for various kinds of clients.

Associate - Tax
As an Associate in our Tax Consulting Department, you will work side by side with more experienced team members to serve our client. Your responsibilities will include working with computer software to complete simple tax returns; drafting responses to the Inland Revenue Department; and assisting in providing tax planning and advisory services for clients.

Associate - Specialist Advisory
As an Associate in our Specialist Advisory Services Department, you will be coached by more experienced team member to provide various kinds of specialist advisory services for our clients, including corporate restructuring and business turnaround advisory, corporate insolvency administration, receivership, investigation and forensic accounting, and personal insolvency services.

Internship Opportunities

We work together with a number of local universities to provide formal internship programmes for university students. Most of the interns are assigned to the Assurance practice. Some opportunities are available in the Tax Services and Corporate Advisory Services.

Intern positions are normally available in Spring (January to April) and Summer (June to August), depending on the arrangement with the respective universities.
