Presented and organised jointly by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management and South China Morning Post, the People Management Award is designed to recognise organisations that have achieved business success through a coherent and strategic approach in managing people, and to recognise people management initiatives and implementation techniques that have achieved outstanding outcomes for the organisation and its stakeholders, including its employees.
